Welcome to our apps (collectively, the "Apps") developed and operated by Independent App Studio. By accessing or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Apps.
1. Nature of Service and Disclaimer
The Apps provide utility and informational features for personal use only. No content generated within the Apps constitutes investment, legal, financial, or other professional advice, nor does it guarantee accuracy, fitness for purpose, or profitable outcomes. You use the Apps at your own risk and judgment.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Apps. You agree to provide accurate registration information and are solely responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. License and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; copy, sell, or redistribute App content; use automated means (scrapers, bots) to access or abuse the service; or use the Apps for any unlawful or infringing purpose.
4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Some features require a paid subscription, processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to their respective refund policies. We do not handle refunds directly — please contact the relevant platform. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and software within the Apps are owned by us or our licensors. Your use does not transfer any ownership. You are responsible for user-generated content, but grant us a license to use it to the extent necessary to provide the service.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Apps, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Apps (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. You may stop using the Apps at any time. We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the Apps or on our website with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
